href=\"https:\/\/websk.upc.edu\/toprosiestalent\/?lang=ca#que_es\">Top Rosies Talent <\/a>2023-2025<\/strong>, una iniciativa impulsada per <strong>donesIDEAI<\/strong>, les investigadores del centre de recerca <strong>IDEAI-UPC<\/strong>, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb donesCOEINF, per <strong>fomentar el talent femen\u00ed en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019acte de <strong>lliurament de diplomes i premis<\/strong> de la tercera edici\u00f3 se celebrar\u00e0 el <strong>divendres 28 de novembre de 2025, a les 12 h<\/strong>, a la <strong>Sala d\u2019Actes de la Facultat d\u2019Inform\u00e0tica de Barcelona (FIB)<\/strong>, al Campus Nord de la UPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8484b2911d1cd4a5d10c6c10986488e9\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s Top Rosies Talent?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Top Rosies Talent \u00e9s un programa adre\u00e7at priorit\u00e0riament a <strong>dones estudiants de darrers cursos STEAM o recent graduades<\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de <strong>facilitar la seva incorporaci\u00f3 al sector de la IA<\/strong>.<br>El programa inclou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia en intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions amb role models del sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reptes plantejats per empreses tecnol\u00f2giques, amb opcions d\u2019incorporaci\u00f3 laboral a curt termini.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e8mfasi recau en les aplicacions de la IA en <strong>salut, benestar i qualitat de vida<\/strong>, i tamb\u00e9 en la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una <strong>xarxa de joves professionals de la IA a Catalunya<\/strong>, en contacte amb perfils m\u00e9s s\u00e8niors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Top Rosies Talent vol contribuir a reduir la bretxa de g\u00e8nere en un sector estrat\u00e8gic i en creixement \u2014la IA\u2014, fomentant la pres\u00e8ncia femenina en el disseny, desenvolupament i aplicaci\u00f3 de les tecnologies que marcaran el futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019aforament de l\u2019acte de cloenda \u00e9s limitat i
